WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
- We offer Free Shipping and Free Delivery on all orders across India.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
- We service domestic orders only, and do not ship internationally.
HOW DO I RECEIVE ORDER NOTIFICATIONS?
- As soon as the orders are dispatched, customers receive notifications from our logistics partner via SMS and WhatsApp texts.
- Alternatively, you can track your order status by logging into your account. We mention the tracking number and AWB number for all the orders. You can use it to track the order on the courier partner’s website/portal.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME?
- We are a made-to-order brand. So all the products are manufactured and packaged only after the orders are received by us. This process usually takes 2-3 days.
- Once the orders are dispatched, our logistics partners usually take 3-4 days to deliver the products (depending on the customers’ location).
WHAT COULD CAUSE A DELAY IN DELIVERY?
- Orders may take longer thank usual to arrive due to reasons including (but not limited to) weather conditions, manufacturing errors, dispatch issues, pickup delays, festivals or holidays, lost packages, etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
- If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know via email as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
